google wave!
09.11.11
We will be giving away one of our eight invites to Google wave on December 25! This will be our Christmas present to one lucky subscriber to our mailing list. If you want to be included in this give away, join our mailing list by sending us your email address to info@deprocess.org
We have officially joined the wave! We got our invite early Tuesday morning and have been exploring the future of the internet ever since. We will be creating an official deprocess wave and start integrating the wave comments feature into the deprocess site over the next few months.
We will also be giving away a Google wave invite in the coming weeks to any one on the deprocess mailing list so stay tuned for that announcement! So, if you want the chance to win a Google wave invite join our mailing list, found here.

In this article we will explain when it is appropriate to use Photoshop over Illustrator and vice a versa. Both programs can be used to achieve very similar end products, however, which program you choose can heavily affect the flexibility of the final product.
We will explain the difference between pixels and vectors and the ways these two file types can be used in an architectural design process.
techsmith jing
09.11.07
Techsmith has developed free screen capture software called Jing. Jing is a very useful tool that replaces the traditional print screen process of years past. Instead of using the print screen button you should look into Jing's ability to do "selective" screen captures.
Not only does Jing offer flexibility when capturing images on your desktop you can also use Jing to record videos off of your screen. The videos and images are recorded in universal formats of .mp4 and .png respectively. You can easily use this software to get some quick content for printing off or sharing with others.
